SIZING

Most of our outfits are made of a 97% Cotton with 3% Spandex blend. It is very soft and has a little bit of stretch to it. 

We do not have a standard size chart. However, in our experience our outfits run true to size. It is best to order your child's current size. 

We do NOT recommend sizing up because all of our products run true to size or even a little on the bigger side. If your child is in between sizes, you would be best off going with the smaller size. We do offer exchanges should you need a different size. Please see the Return/Exchange Policy for details or email us at mysmartkidsboutique@gmail.com 

Sizing is as follows 

3XS - 3/6M (This tends to run on the bigger size closer to 6M)

2XS- 6/12M (This tends to run on the bigger size closer to 9/12M)

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@smartkidsboutique.com. We will try to accommodate your needs. However, if the order has already shipped we will not be able to make any changes or cancel the order.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Shipping

All Orders (excluding Pre Orders) are processed within 3 to 10 business days (M-F). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on flat rate increments based on the size of your order.

❗️❗️❗️Pre-Order Items ordered with Regular in stock items will SHIP TOGETHER when the Pre-Ordered items are ready.  If you would like your in stock items to ship faster, then please place two separate orders.❗️❗️❗️

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders.smartkidsboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 calendar days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds will be processed within 48 hrs of receiving the item. Return items received in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customers expense and a restocking fee will be charged. 

Refunds are issues back to the original form of payment or in the form of store credit.

Holiday items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@smartkidsboutique.com within 5 calendar days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do I make a return?

Please email us at orders.smartkidsboutique.com with your order number and a detailed message of the merchandise is being returned. Once your return is approved you will receive a return label by email. Please include a copy of the invoice with the return package.

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Items

Smart Kids Boutiquw is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.   We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation when sending an item back.  Keep this for your records.

Smart Kids Boutique will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order, Paypal, Sezzle, or Amazon Pay. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US
